Bursaspor part ways with Yasin Pehlivan [divider]

Bursaspor have agreed terms with Yasin Pehlivan to mutually terminate his contract the club revealed via a statement on their official website.

The statement read: “Yasin Pehlivan has agreed for his contract to be mutually terminated, we wish him all the best with his career in the future.”

Pehlivan started his career at WS Ottakring and joined SK Rapid Wien in 2010 before his move to Turkey.

The 26-year-old joined Gaziantepspor in 2011 and spent two seasons with the Falcons making 40 appearances for the Süper Lig outfit.

Pehlivan joined Bursaspor last season on a three-year contract and has played 15 games for the Green Crocodiles.

The defensive midfielder was born in Austria but played under a domestic status due to being of Turkish origin and having citizenship in Turkey.

Pehlivan has 17 international caps for Austria.

Bursaspor are currently in fifth place on 26 points and are managed by former Turkish national team head coach Şenol Güneş.
