Caglar Soyuncu put on an impressive display in the goalless draw against Wolves at the King Power Stadium on Sunday.

Soyuncu helped his side keep a clean sheet against Wolves.

The Turkey international struggled for playing time last season but it looks like he may be in line to replace Harry Maguire this term after the England international joined Manchester United this summer.

Soyuncu was awarded the Man of the Match award by BBC Radio Leicester reporter Matt Piper.

The 22-year-old thanked Leicester fans on his official Instagram account today and shared a photograph of himself from the game.

Fellow teammate James Maddison praised Soyuncu on Instagram describing his performance as being ‘excellent’.

Soyuncu also had a clip from the game which involved him tracking back and making an important interception go viral on Twitter.

The Foxes take on Chelsea next at Stamford Bridge on Sunday 18 August.
