‘Cengiz Under talks are ongoing’ – Father confirms negotiations for starlet dreaming of Man United and Chelsea transfer
Basaksehir star Cengiz Under has been closely linked with a Premier League move after revealing he dreams of playing for Manchester United and Chelsea.
“The league I really want to play in is the Premier League and I would also love La Liga,” Under told beIN Turkey.
“I want to play for Manchester United or Chelsea, also Barcelona or Real Madrid.”
The 19-year-old’s father Hasan Under fuelled further speculation that his son is headed for a summer exit.
Hasan claims that negotiations are ongoing regarding his son.
Under’s father did not reveal which clubs are trying to negotiate a deal.
‘Cengiz Under talks are ongoing, what can I say except wish him the best of luck,” Hasan said.

United have been closely linked with Under recently and even sent Eastern European scout Krsto Kilibarda to monitor him against Genclerbirligi.
Meanwhile the Sozcu newspaper claim that Chelsea offered £6.6 million for the youngster.
After a meteoric rise from second-tier football at Altinordu to challenging for the league title at Basaksehir, the rising star began to attract widespread interest.
The Istanbul minnows are determined to keep hold of Under for at least one more season.
A source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football that their main aim is to keep Under at the club.
The Istanbul based outfit have set a £10.5 million asking price and are not against Under pursuing a future in Europe but they feel another season playing first-team football would be a win-win situation.
Basaksehir booked a spot in the Champions League play-offs after finish the league as runners-up.
Under played a major role in Basaksehir’s best league finish in club history.
The Turkish international scored nine times and provided seven assists in all competitions.
