Cenk Tosun scored his maiden Goodison Park in spectacular fashion, smashing the ball off the bar onto the line before finding the back of the net against Brighton.
Tosun’s goal was his second in as many weeks and deemed worthy of the Sky Sports Goal of the Week nomination.
The goal helped Everton secure a 2-0 win over Brighton in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Turkey international joined a five-man shortlist which is open to the public vote.
Tosun features alongside Marcus Rashford, Ashley Barnes, Kenedy and Jamie Vardy in the Premier League goals of the round.
Rashford was the man of the match for Manchester United, scoring a brace in the 2-1 win over rivals Liverpool at Old Trafford.
Kenedy meanwhile made the list for his first goal in Newcastle’s win over Southampton.
Jamie Vardy’s volley in Leicester’s 4-1 win over West Brom made the cut as did Ashley Barnes’ effort in Burnley’s 3-0 win at West Ham.
