Besiktas have held talks with Everton forward Ademola Lookman according to the Sabah newspaper.
Per the source, the initial round of negotiations between club director Umut Guner and Lookman were successful he still has a few questions marks regarding a move to Turkey.
The Black Eagles have since asked Cenk Tosun to talk with Lookman and try to convince him into reconsidering.
Tosun will reportedly give his former club a glowing reference.
The Everton striker joined the Premier League side from Besiktas in January 2018 but after a bright start under the stewardship of Sam Allardyce he struggle for playing time after Marco Silva took charge.

Tosun scored just four goals and provided three assists in 29 appearances for the Toffees in all competitions last term.
The Turkey international has been linked with a summer exit himself but he does have another three-years remaining on his contract and has informed Turkish-Football that he has no plans to leave.
Lookman meanwhile scored just once and provided two assists in 24 appearances for the Toffees last term and has two-years remaining on his contract.
