Jack Wilshere left Arsenal on 1 July 2018 after spending 17 years at the North London based outfit.
Turkish-Football recently reported that the Yellow Canaries have made Wilshere an offer and are waiting for the midfielder to make a decision.
Fotomac meanwhile claim an agreement has been reached with Wilshere and that the Istanbul based outfit now want to land sign Chelsea midfielder Mario Pasalic as his partner.
The 23-year-old spent last season on loan at Spartak Moscow and is reported to have given the green light for the switch to go ahead.
Pasalic is one of several Chelsea players on loan across Europe.
The midfielder signed for the Blues in 2014 but has yet to make a single appearance for the Premier League side.
Pasalic has been loaned out to four different clubs since joining from Hadjuk Split and still has another three-years remaining on his contract deal.
The Croatia international has played for Monaco, AC Milan, Elche and Spartak.
Pasalic scored five times and provided one assist in all competitions for the Russian giants last season.
