Chelsea were slapped with a two-window transfer ban by Fifa after breaching rules in relation to youth players.

The Premier League side will be appealing the decision but that did not stop rumors regarding the Blues recalling loan players.

The London based side have 41 players out on temporary moves across Europe.

Former Premier League winner Victor Moses joined Fenerbahce on an 18-month temporary move in January.

There has been speculation in Turkey regarding whether Chelsea would be able to recall Moses at the end of the season.

Sources close to Fenerbahce have informed Turkish-football revealed that the Blues did not include a clause to call Moses back.

The 28-year-old will serve the duration of his 18-month loan in accordance to the terms of the contract agreement signed between the clubs.

Moses got his Fenerbahce career off to a bright start having already scored and provided an assist.

The Nigeria international faces his biggest test yet when the Yellow-Navy Blues take on rivals Besiktas in the Istanbul derby on Monday.

Fenerbahce head into the derby in the relegation zone on 24 points after 22 games – their worst campaign in Super Lig history.

Besiktas meanwhile are 3rd in the league standings and would close the gap with leaders Basaksehir to nine points with a victory tonight.
