Chelsea defender Gary Cahill had to sit out training today for the England national team due to injury.
The experienced defender picked up a knock in Chelsea’s final league game of the season on Sunday but was still picked for the England squad ahead of the Turkey clash.
England face no other injury concerns going into the international friendly against Turkey at the Etihad stadium on Sunday May 22.
Turkey are unbeaten in their last 14 games and are currently 13th in the FIFA World Rankings. The Crescent-Stars have however, never beat England or scored a goal against them.
