Club Brugge manager Preud’homme underlined that his side only have a slight advantage going into the Europa League Last 16 second-leg tie against Beşiktaş.

“We wouldn’t say we have an advantage: a bit of credit because of the first-leg victory against Beşiktaş’s supporters and the atmosphere,” Preud’homme told the official UEFA website.

The Belgium based side won the first-leg 2-1 at home and would progress to the quarter-final with a draw.

Club Brugge would not even have to beat Beşiktaş to book a place in the next round.

The Black Eagles must beat Club Brugge 1-0 to qualify or 2-1 to force extra time, any other one goal margin victory would see the Belgium side qualify on away goals.

Beşiktaş would guarantee a place in the next round by a two goal margin of victory.

The Turkish giants will be playing in front of a full capacity Atatürk Olympic stadium.
