Several Besiktas fans have launched a charm offensive over social media in a bid to push the Loris Karius deal over the line.
The Liverpool keeper has been closely linked with a move to the Istanbul giants this over the past week. We recently reported that Besiktas have agreed to take Karius on a two-year loan deal which could rise to £9.5 million.
Besiktas are on the hunt for a new goalkeeper after offloading Fabri to Fulham earlier this month.
Karius lost his place in Jurgen Klopp’s starting eleven following the signing to Alisson from AS Roma.
Besiktas fans are well renowned for their passionate support over social media channels.
The Black Eagles fans have flooded Karius’ latest social media post which published on August 19. The Tweet has over 1000 replies with the majority coming from Besiktas fans.
It’s not the first time Besiktas fans have urged a Liverpool player to join the Black Eagles. When striker Daniel Sturridge was linked with a move to Besiktas, Black Eagles supporters also tried a similar charm offensive.
