Fenerbahce have been closely linked with a move for Everton winger Yannick Bolasie over recent weeks.
There are however, conflicting reports over just how serious the Yellow Canaries are pursuing Bolasie.
Sky Sports reported that Fenerbahce are interested in signing the winger.
Per the source, the Super Lig outfit are looking to strengthen the squad ahead of the Champions League qualifying rounds.
Reports in Turkey meanwhile claim the Istanbul giants have already made an offer.
The Fanatik sports newspaper report that Fenerbahce have made a one-year loan offer that would include a £1.3m [€1.5m] fee.
Everton manager Marco Silva reportedly wants to assess each and every member of the team before making a final decision over the future of his fringe players.
Silva is expected to make a decision within 10 days – the report was published on 8 July so that would leave eight days.
The Toffees will give Fenerbahce a final decision once Silva decided whether Bolasie is to stay or not.
Fenerbahce would have to release a statement on the Istanbul Stock Exchange if an official offer were to be launched.

Considering reports of the Yellow Canaries offer were made a few days ago it would give more strength to Sky Sports account that currently there is just interest in the player.
The only way Fenerbahce would have been able to get around releasing a statement is whether an official offer was proposed through agents working independently from the club.
