Everton midfielder Kevin Mirallas has been closely linked with a loan move to Fenerbahce in the Turkish press.

Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik reported that that the Istanbul giants have actually entered talks with the Toffees over a temporary move.
Per the source, Everton have given the Belgium international the green light to leave.
The odd thing is that Mirallas only recently signed a three-year contract extension.
