Croatia v Turkey: Confirmed Starting Lineups & Preview

Turkey kick off their 2018 World Cup qualification campaign against Croatia at the Maksimir stadium.

The game will be played behind closed doors due to Croatia serving a stadium ban due to crowd disturbances.

Fatih Terim’s dropped Galatasaray veteran Selcuk Inan and Barcelona star Arda Turan who have and was forced to leave Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup and Manchester City striker Enes Unal out due to injury.

Terim has decided to field a surprise side with Kaan Ayhan, Okay Yukuslu, Ismail Koybasi and Sener Ozbayrakli have all been given rare starts.

Borussia Dortmund star Emre Mor has kept his place in the team and will be joined on the flanks by Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu. Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun will lead the attack upfront.
