Crystal Palace agree terms with Turkish international, talks ongoing between clubs

Crystal Palace have agreed terms with Fenerbahce winger Volkan Sen according to reports in Turkey.

Fanatik report that talks are ongoing between Palace and Fenerbahce.

Sen has just over one-year remaining on his contract and is reported to be pushing for a summer exit.

Per the source, Palace are willing to offer £3 million [€3.5m] for the Turkish international.

The 29-year-old has eight goals and 13 assists in 76 games for Fenerbahce since joining on a £2.13 million [Transfermarkt] move from Bursaspor in 2015.

The Turkish international scored twice and provided four assists in 35 appearances for the Yellow Canaries in all competitions this season.

Sen would not requite a work permit to play in England despite being a non-EU player as he has featured in the Turkish national team setup over the last two years.

Fenerbahce are coming off the back of a disappointing Super Lig campaign, finishing the league in third-place – ahead of rivals Galatasaray on goal difference.
