Crystal Palace got to see their January signing Erdal Rakip in action for the first time on Monday night.

The Sweden international of Turkish descent made his debut for Palace during the U23 side’s clash with Charlton U23.

Rakip put on an impressive display for his new club and scored on his first appearance.

Following the game, Palace fans took to social media to express their excitement regarding their club’s new signing.

In fact, several fans want to see Rakip included in the first team squad this weekend.
