Crystal Palace are currently locked in negotiations with Fenerbahce over the star midfielder Josef de Souza.
Yesterday we reported that the London based club tabled a £10 million offer for the Brazil international.
However, according to the Turkish outlet Takvim, Fenerbahce have placed a £15 million price tag on De Souza.
The report goes onto state that Crystal Palace are only willing to increase their bid to £12 million.
Per the source, Fenerbahce boss Phillip Cocu has conceded that De Souza will most likely leave this summer due to the player’s contract situation.
The 29-year-old has under 12 months remaining on his contract with Fenerbahce. The Yellow Canaries run the risk of losing him for free next summer unless he is sold this month.
Furthermore, Fenerbahce are being closely monitored by UEFA for Financial Fair Play and need to balance their books over the upcoming 12 months.

De Souza made the move from Sao Paulo to Fenerbahce for £7 million back in 2015.
The 29-year-old provided two assists and scored three goals in 33 appearances for the Yellow Canaries last season.
