Crystal Palace have received a major boost in their quest to sign Fenerbahce midfielder Josef de Souza this summer.
We recently reported that the Eagles has tabled a £10 million bid for the 29-year-old.
Meanwhile, the daily Turkish newspaper Sabah has now reported that Fenerbahce have placed De Souza on the transfer list.
Per the source, the Yellow Canaries are forced to offload their high earners this summer in order to fund further squad chances.
Fenerbahce are being closely monitored by UEFA for Financial Fair Play this season and need to ensure that they balance the books.
Furthermore, De Souza has under 12 months remaining on his contract with the Istanbul giants meaning they could lose him for free next summer unless they sell him this month.
The report goes onto state that Fenerbahce have also transfer listed their star attacking midfielder Giuliano.
Meanwhile, the Turkish outlet Takvim claim that Fenerbahce have placed a £15 million price tag on De Souza.
