Premier League side Crystal Palace have stepped up their interest in Fenerbahce star midfielder Ozan Tufan.
Turkish-Football recently revealed that both Crystal Palace and Fulham are interested in signing the Turkey international this summer.
The daily Turkish newspaper Fanatik have now reported that Palace have tabled a bid for Tufan.
Per the source, Palace have offered £2.5 million for the Turkey international.
Tufan’s future at Fenerbahce is still shrouded in mystery. The 23-year-old was removed from the senior squad last season after falling out of favour with manager Aykut Kocaman.
However, the Yellow Canaries parted company with Kocaman last month and have appointed Philippe Cocu in his place.
Ozan Tufan has subsequently returned to first-team training and has been praised by fans and pundits for his intensity during the sessions.
The Turkey international made the move to Fenerbahce back in 2015 for £6 million.
Tufan registered two assists and netted three goals in 14 appearances for Fenerbahce this season.
