Crystal Palace take on Manchester United at Selhurt Park in the Premier League on Monday desperately needing a win.
Palace are currently 18th in the table but a victory could take them as high as 13th place.
The problem is that the Eagles haven’t won any of their 17 Premier League meetings with Manchester United – a league record for not winning.
Palace have only scored just five times over that period.
The last time the Eagles beat United was at Selhurst Park in May 1991, with Ian Wright scoring once and John Salako netting a brace.
Roy Hodgson did receive a double injury boost heading into the clash as defenders Martin Kelly and Jeffrey Schlupp are available after recovering from injury.
Wilfried Zaha has made progress recovering from injury but will not be ready for the game.
Palace have lost all eight Premier League games this season without Zaha this season.

Hodgson is facing an injury crisis and could be without 11 players in total.
Timothy Fosu-Mensah who is on loan from United is ineligible against his parent club.
Yohan Cabaye, Julian Speroni, Joel Ward, Scott Dann, Mamadou Sakho, Jason Puncheon, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Wilfried Zaha, Bakary Sako and Connor Wickham are all expected to miss the tie.
Midfielder of Turkish origin Erdal Rakip is available for Palace and has made the squad.
Rakip is on loan from Benfica but has yet to make his Premier League debut for the Eagles.
The 22-year-old could be set for his first appearance considering the injury crisis.
