Eagles boss Roy Hodgson is facing an injury crisis heading into the clash with Joel Ward, Scott Dann, Yohan Cabaye, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Jason Puncheon, Bakary Sako, Connor Wickham and Julian Speroni all still sidelined.
Hodgson did receive some good news on the injury front as he will hand late fitness tests to Wilfried Zaha and Mamadou Sakho who are nearing a return after recovering from respective knee and calf problems.

Loanee Timothy Fosu-Mensah is also back after missing the United game due to being ineligible against his parent club.
Benfica loanee Erdal Rakip has made the match day squad and will be hoping to make his debut considering the number of missing players.
Rakip is of Macedonian-Turkish descent and is eligible to represent Sweden – his country of birth – Macedonia and Turkey at senior international level.
