The Premier League side Crystal Palace have joined the race to sign Chelsea’s out-of-favour striker Loic Remy.
The Evening Standard states that Palace are looking to re-invest the £28 million received from the sale of Yannick Bolasie to Everton into new strikers.
The report goes onto state that Crystal Palace are trying to sign at least two forwards this month.
Meanwhile, Besiktas president Fikret Orman is set to hold talks with Chelsea over the transfer of the France international Loic Remy according to the daily Turkish newspaper Fanatik.
The daily Turkish paper states that Orman will travel to London this week to hold talks with Chelsea regarding signing Remy on a season-long loan.
However, the Mirror states that Besiktas could face competition from the Ligue 1 giants Lyon who are targeting Loic Remy as a replacement for Alexandre Lacazette should Arsenal sign the star striker.
Remy scored just one goal in 13 Premier league appearances for Chelsea last season.
