Fenerbahce are expected to have a complete overhaul following Ali Koc being elected president.

As part of the changes, the Yellow Canaries will shift transfer policy from signing experienced players in their early 30’s to setting up a scouting network to poach young talent.

Phase one of the project was enacted with Damien Comolli being appointed sporting director on a three-year deal.

Comolli will setup a scouting network and identify talent for the Istanbul giants to sign.

A source close to the club revealed to Turkish-Football that Tottenham youngster Samuel Shashoua is among the names on his shortlist.

The 19-year-old can play on either wing or as a striker and represents England at Under-18 national team level.

The youngster scored three goals and provided two assists in 24 appearances for Tottenham reserves in all competitions last season.

Shashoua has yet to make an appearance for the Spurs senior side but does have another two-years remaining on his contract.

Comolli has close ties with Tottenham after spending three seasons at the North London outfit.
