Diego rules out Fenerbahce exit [divider]
Diego Ribas has denied rumours that he could be leaving Fenerbahçe in January and underlined that he is happy at the club.
“I am happy at Fenerbahçe,” Diego said.
“This is not all about money, this is a great club and I am having a good time on and off the field.
“I have a three years left on my contract and want to make sure I see it out.
“I started off in Brazil and may return one day after all it means a lot to me but it is still too early to talk about these kind of things.
“We will see what happens in the future.”
The former Brazil international has failed to establish himself as a regular first-team player and has faced criticism from sections of the press and Fenerbahçe fans for recent performances.
Diego has failed to score or provide an assist in five starts for the Yellow Canaries.
Fenerbahçe signed Diego as a free agent on a three-year deal worth €3.5 million per-season.
