Dirk Kuyt proud of Fenerbahçe’s performance against Beşiktaş[divider]
Dirk Kuyt revealed he was proud of Fenerbahçe’s performance in the 2-0 win over Beşiktaş in the Istanbul derby.
Kuyt posted the following message on his Twitter account:
Fenerbahçe overtook Beşiktaş and moved into first position on 16 points following the win.
Kuyt played the full 90 minutes against Beşiktaş. The former Netherlands international completed more tackles (4) than any other attacking based player.
The 34-year-old forward has one goal and an assist in eight appearances for Fenerbahçe this season.
Kuyt joined Fenerbahçe from Liverpool for €1 million in 2012.
