‘Done more at centre back than Klavan & Lovren combined all season’ – Liverpool fans single out defender for praise following Brighton defeat
Liverpool crushed Brighton 5-1 at the Amex Stadium on Saturday extending their Premier League unbeaten streak to six games.
Emre Can was in for a surprise as he was deployed as a centre-back instead of his usual midfield role.
The midfielder of Turkish origin put in an impressive display at the back and even found the back of the net.

Can now has four goals and two assists in all competitions for the Premier League giants this season.
If Can scores one more he will equal his career high for goals in a single season for the Reds.
