‘Don’t Compare Him With Eden Hazard’ – Chelsea Star Will Not Be Used As Measuring Stick For Roma Wonder Kid Cengiz Under Claims Club Official

Roma starlet Cengiz Under has been on fire ever since scoring his first goal against Verona last month.

The rising star has gone onto find the back of the net six times since then and managed to provide an assist as well.

The Turkey international scored on his Champions League debut against Shakhtar and most recently in the 3-1 victory away to Napoli.

Under has been given several nicknames and been compared to many players since joining from Basaksehir over the summer.

The 20-year-old has been ruled the Turkish Dybala, the new Mohamed Salah and has more recently been likened to Eden Hazard and Riyad Mahrez.

Roma scout Stefano Napoleoni does not agree with the comparisons and underlined that Under needs to stop being likened to other players, he is a unique talent and not a player aspiring to be like already well established names.

Napoleoni does not want Under compared with Chelsea star Hazard or Mahrez, in fact he believes that one day the Turkey international will be an even bigger talent.

“Don’t compare him with Eden Hazard or Riyad Mahrez, Cengiz is a talent in his own right, I do not agree with these measuring sticks comparing him with these players,” Stefano Napoleoni was quoted as saying by the Milliyet.

“He is unique and will be a bigger talent.

“He needs more time to adjust to Italian football, we have not seen the best of him yet.”

Under is set to start against Shakhtar in the Champions League Last 16 second-leg tie in Rome tonight.
