“Emre Can could bring a North Korean missile down” – Liverpool fans react on social media to moment of magic
Emre Can set social media alight over the weekend following his incredible first touch skill.
The 23-year-old played the full 90 minutes during Liverpool’s disappointing draw with Watford FC. Jurgen Klopp’s side were 3-2 ahead going into injury time but conceded a last second goal.
However, it was Can’s first-touch which was the talk of the town after the game.
The 23-year-old brilliantly plucked the ball from mid-air then went onto juggle the ball while running at full speed down the pitch.
Following the moment, we took to social media to see how Can’s brilliance went down with Liverpool fans.

Liverpool face Bundesliga side Hoffenheim in a UEFA Champions League qualification clash later this week. The Reds will be drawn in the group stages if they manage to navigate past the German club.
Emre Can helped Germany to the Confederation’s Cup trophy in Russia last month. The 23-year-old has under 12 months remaining on his contract with Liverpool.
Did anyone notice Emre’s amazing little toe pock pass to Mane which led to Liverpool’s first goal. Emre still need work on his ball anticipation and on building stamina that can withstand a 45 minute mixed gallop and sprint regime.
