Emre Can Makes Shock Decision Over Liverpool Future After Revealing He Will Quit Anfield To Pursue Modelling Career

After months of keeping Liverpool fans in the dark Emre Can has finally made a decision over his future.

The 24-year-old has just a few months remaining on his contract but had until now refused to reveal his plans beyond the end of the season.

In a shock development the midfielder of Turkish origin has announced that he will retire from football after his contract ends at the end of the season.

Can will pursue a career in modelling and developing a clothing line instead.

The move came as a shock but a Liverpool insider informed us that Can told the board he has grown disillusioned with football.

Fans began to grow increasingly frustrated with the Liverpool ace avoiding making a decision over his future.

Can had also been closely linked with a move to Juventus who are reported to be devastated by the latest development.

Sources close to Can revealed he has already been offered a multi-million contract to expand his suit collection at H&M and become the lead model for the clothing range.

Additionally the midfielder will also release a hair product range for his fans that want to follow in the footsteps of the style icon.

Football pundit and former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has been one of the first high profile names to endorse the new product: “Look right, I’m always sceptical about these kind of things but I think Emre just may have cracked it with this one, I tried it myself and now I’m convinced.”

Can has been one of the Reds stand out performers this season but looking over his Instagram page over the past few seasons perhaps we should not be all that surprised by his decision.
