Can was pretty much the architect of the equalising goal against Chile.

Emre Can played the full 90 minutes for Germany in their 1-1 draw. From what I saw, he played well in midfield. pic.twitter.com/fi8hstw9qo

It was a tight match and faltered slightly in the 2nd half. My man of the match has to be Emre Can. #GERCHI #ConfederationsCup2017

One thing Löw got right: Putting Emre Can in midfield. Looks to be the only guy both strong AND combative enough to cope with Chile’s press

Can’t win over everyone I guess.
Now i get why Germany is trailing.

Emre Can is pretty average imo. He won’t develop into anything special, just a regular midfielder for an average club

Fans were calling for a contract again! Can has just 12 months remaining on his Liverpool contract, leading to speculation that he could be headed for a summer exit.
Liverpool fans seem keen on Can extending his contract.
Emre Can needs that contract though. ASAP.

I will give #EmreCan a £120.000 a week salary if I was @LFC. He’s a beast when he’s injury free.
