Can who moved to Liverpool in a £9.75m deal from Bayer Leverkusen in the summer is expected to play against Real Madrid on Tuesday 4 November.

The 20-year-old has struggled for playing time due to injuries this season but has recovered and is available against the reigning Champions League winners.

Can scored four goals and made five assists in 39 appearances for Bayer Leverkusen last season.

Real breezed past Liverpool two weeks ago, beating the Reds 3-0 at Anfield.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored last time around and is in red hot form going into the game scoring 22 goals in 15 games for Real Madrid, in all competitions.

Real Madrid have won their last five Champions League matches, scoring 19 goals in the process.

Ronaldo has scored 17 goals in nine league games, four more than Liverpool’s total over ten matches.
