Emre Can will start his seventh game for Liverpool against Wimbledon in the FA Cup.

Can has played the last three games as a defender in Rogers back three despite being a central midfielder.

The 20-year-old will start as a right-back against Wimbledon.

Can was first deployed as a defender in the second half during Liverpool’s 1-0 win against Burnley in the Premier League.

The former Bayer midfielder has made 12 appearances for the Reds this season.

The young midfielder will make his first FA Cup appearance against Wimbledon.
