Eskişehirspor are underperforming says Sağlam [divider]
Eskişehirspor manager Ertuğrul Sağlam believes his side are performing far below what they are capable of.
“We have conceded stupid goals and lost points where we should have won games so far in the league,” Sağlam said.
“As a result of our inability to hold leads we find ourselves in the danger zone far below where we plan to be at the end of the season.
“I believe this set of players can achieve a lot more and finish far higher up the table.
“The Trabzonspor game is going to be a great test, god willing it will go in our favour this time we could really do with a morale boosting win.
“We have actually played well against the stronger sides in the league, the players have raised their game and shown what they are capable of when they try.”
Eskişehirspor are currently 15th in the Süper Lig with 13 points from 14 games.
EsEs take on fifth place Trabzonspor on Monday 29 December.
