Manager Fatih Terim has surprisingly omitted Gokhan Tore from the 23-man squad which will travel to France to compete in this summers Euro 2016.
Terim has instead opted to select the 18-year-old wonder-kid Emre Mor. The FC Nordsjælland winger made his international debut for Turkey on Sunday during the 1-0 win over Montenegro.
The experinced manager also dropped Mevlut Erdinc and Galatasaray’s Yasin Oztekin from the final squad.
Turkey take on Slovenia this weekend in their final friendly encounter before Euro 2016.
