Euro giants official will travel to England for advanced talks with Liverpool ace, summer transfer pending on £3.4m salary
Galatasaray sporting director Cenk Ergun will travel to England to hold advanced talks with Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva.
Turkish sports media outlet Ajanspor revealed that Ergun will head to England to complete the transfer of Leiva.
Per the source, Galatasaray could face competition from Trabzonspor who are plotting to hijack the deal.

Galatasaray are reported to have an agreement in place with Leiva who is keen on making the move.
Fotomac meanwhile report that while Leiva has agreed several terms with Galatasaray there is no agreement yet on his salary.
The Brazilian midfielder reportedly wants £3.4 million per-season salary but the Lions giants are unwilling to go over £2.1 million.
Galatasaray were suspended from European competition this campaign after failing to meet Financial Fair Play rulings and do not want to be faced with another expulsion over the next season.
Lucas is the longest serving player in the current Liverpool squad. The 30-year-old has been at the club for 10 years after joining from Gremio in 2007.
The experienced midfielder will be a free agent at the end of the season and Liverpool have yet to offer him a new deal.
