Euro giants green light move for £13.5m Everton flop
Fenerbahce have stepped up their pursuit for Everton striker Oumar Niasse.
The 27-year-old striker is expected to leave Everton this summer after falling out of favour with manager Ronald Koeman.
A source close to the Turkish club has told Turkis-Football that Fenerbahce boss Aykut Kocaman has green lit a move for Sissoko.

Kocaman is keen to bolster his attacking options following a slow start to the season.
The club have already been in talks with Niasse’s representatives and the framework for an agreement is already in place.
Fenerbahce are however yet to hold talks with Everton. The Istanbul giants are interested in signing Niasse on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy included.
Niasse is no stranger to playing in the Turkish Super League. The 27-year-old spent two years at Akhisar Belediyespor before earning a move to Lokomotiv Moscow.
The Senegal international joined Everton for £13.5 million last year (BBC). Niasse spent last season out on loan with Hull City where he scored four goals in 17 appearances.
They’re not giants if they have to keep getting players on loan. Poor ones at that. If I was Everton I’d refuse any loan offers. They’ll sell him outright to a club that aren’t poor.
