Euro Giants Confident Liverpool Star Will Join Despite Reports He Could Stay
Emre Can gave Liverpool fans hope that he could stay on beyond the end of the season in his most recent interview.
Can was reported to have reached a deal with Italian giants Juventus but denied any such agreement.
The 24-year-old will definitely be staying at Liverpool over the winter transfer window and has not ruled out staying on next season.
The midfielder of Turkish origin confirmed his agent is looking at all his options.
“My agent is looking after everything but I am here until the summer,” Can told the Liverpool Echo.
“I haven’t signed anything (with Juventus) or anyone. I am talking with everyone.
“Of course I am talking with Liverpool. I still have a contract here. It is an amazing club. What can I say? My agent does the rest.
“I just concentrate on the season, on my performance and the football. I will give everything for this team.”

Tuttosport meanwhile claim the situation remains unchanged and that the reigning Serie A champions are still convinced that Can will join.
Per the source, all that is left to be sorted is the length of the contract and a handful of minor details before the Juve deal goes through.
The report claims that Juventus are not pushing the issue as they do not want to disrupt Can.
Despite reports claiming Can is leaving Jurgen Klopp has continued to show faith in his star man.
Can played a key role for Liverpool during their victory over Manchester City on Sunday.
Klopp’s side recorded a 4-3 win and inflicted Man City with their first defeat of the season.
