Euro giants plan summer raid on three Manchester City stars including Mangala

Turkish Super League side Galatasaray have set their sights on three Manchester City players.

According to the Turkish outlet Fanatik, the Istanbul giants are preparing a three-pronged bid for Man City’s Jason Denayer, Eliaquim Mangala and Wilfried Bony.

The trio have all been deemed as surplus to requirements by City boss Pep Guardiola. Denayer, Mangala and Bony all spent the 2016-17 season out on loan.

Per the source, Galatasaray are hoping to sign both Denayer and Bony on permanent deals while loan Mangala on a season-long deal.

Galatasaray boss Igor Tudor is planning major revisions to his squad following a turbulent 12 months.

The Lions failed to mount a title bid and find themselves a full 13 points behind league leaders Besiktas.

Man City meanwhile are also preparing to revamp their squad this summer. Pep Guardiola’s side have performed below expectations this season. The Citizens also failed to mount a title challenge and ended the season in third spot, 15 points behind Chelsea.
