Euro Giants Plot Bid For Man United Defender Who Urged Mourinho To Allow Old Trafford Exit – Club Have Until September 1

Galatasaray have hot given up hopes of signing Manchester United centre-back, Marcos Rojo.

The Turkish outlet Fanatik recently reported that Galatasaray were preparing a move for the Red Devils defender.

Per the source, Gala boss Fatih Terim will use his close ties with Jose Mourinho to enquire about the availability of the Argentina international.

A source close to Galatasaray has now revealed to Turkish-Football that the Istanbul giants will table a 12-month loan offer for Rojo.

The Lions are desperate to land a new centre-back before the transfer window in Turkey slams shut on September 1.

Fatih Terim is understood to be a huge fan of Rojo and is keen to see him in a Galatasaray jersey season.

Galatasaray are however still unsure whether Rojo is open to a move to Turkey this summer.

The Lions are hopeful that the guarantee of first-team spot as well as UEFA Champions League football could sway the Argentina international.

The Fanatik newspaper recently reported that Rojo is keen to leave United as he is worried he will not get regular playing time this season.
