Galatasaray are prepared to play the waiting game in their bid to sign Badou Ndiaye from Stoke City this summer.
The Senegal international only joined Stoke City six months ago from Galatasaray for £14 million however, Ndiaye could be on his way back to the Turkish Super Lig.
According to the daily Turkish newspaper Sabah, Galatasaray boss Fatih Terim is keen on re-signing Ndiaye but the Istanbul giants do not have the finances to buy the box-to-box midfielder on a permanent deal.
Galatasaray are hoping to sign Ndiaye on a season-long loan however, Stoke City are hoping to sell the midfielder this summer.
The report goes onto state that the Lions are prepared to wait until the end of the Turkish transfer window on August 31. Galatasaray are hoping Stoke will be unable to offload Niaye when the English transfer window closes on August 9.
Newcastle United have also been linked with a move for the 27-year-old midfielder.
