Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida is expected to leave the Istanbul giants this summer.
The Croatia international only joined Besiktas during the January transfer window but has failed to impress.
Besiktas missed out on UEFA Champions League football after a fourth-place finish in the Turkish Super Lig and are keen to reduce their wage bill.
According to the Turkish outlet Skor, five Premier League sides are interested in signing Vida.
Per the source, one Premier League side has tabled a £13.2 million offer for the experienced defender.
Skor went onto name both West Ham United and Everton as clubs closely linked with a move for Vida in recent weeks.

However, Besiktas president Fikret Orman will wait until Croatia are eliminated from the 2018 World Cup before considering bids for the defender.
Vida is expected to start when Croatia take on Argentina tonight. The defender played a key role during his nations 2-0 win over Nigeria last week.
