Serie A giants Juventus are eyeing a double Premier League swoop ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to the Daily Mail, the Italian champions are set to make major changes to their squad with the likes of Gianluigi Buffon and Claudio Marchisio set for Turin exit.
Meanwhile, Italian outlet Tuttosport state that Juventus have set their sights on Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian and Liverpool midfielder Emre Can.
Per the source, Juve are already in direct talks with Emre Can and are preparing to table Man United an offer for the Italian full-back Darmian.

Can’s Liverpool future is cast in doubt after failing to put pen-to-paper on a new deal. The 24-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season which means he is free to hold talks with foreign clubs.
The Germany international is currently sidelined with a back injury and could end up missing the remainder of the season.
