Turkish Super Lig giants Fenerbahce have turned their attention towards Liverpool star goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
The Yellow Canaries have been on the lookout for a new goalkeeper following inconsistent performances from both Volkan Demirel and Carlos Kameni last season.
According to the Turkish outlet Futbol Arena, Liverpool are weighing up a move for Mignolet this summer.
Per the source, Fenerbahce’s director of football Damien Comolli – who signed Mignolet to Liverpool during his spell with the Merseyside based club – has inquired about the availability of the Belgium international.
Mignolet’s future at Liverpool is cast in doubt after losing his position in Jurgen Klopp’s starting eleven to Loris Karius. The 30-year-old made a total of 22 appearances for the Reds last season.
