Everton have given Davy Klaassen the green light to leave Goodison Park according to the Telegraph.
Per the source, the Toffees have told three players they can find new clubs over the summer.
Klaassen, Ashley Williams and Kevin Mirallas have been deemed surplus to requirements.
Klaassen was signed by Ronald Koeman on a £23.6m move but struggled to adapt to Premier League football.
Koeman’s replacement Sam Allardyce never game him a start after a January loan deal to Napoli broke down.

The latest development will come as a boost to Besiktas who have made the Merseyside based outfit an offer.
The Black Eagles want Klaassen on a two-year loan deal with an option to buy.
The Istanbul based outfit would be prepared to cover the 25-year-old’s wages.
Turkish-Football can confirm that the midfielder is on Besiktas’ shortlist and that they have held talks.
The final decision rests with Everton and Klaassen.
Besiktas have made strengthening the midfield a priority and have been linked with Klaassen since January.
The midfielder opted to reject loan moves for him over the winter transfer break to fight for his place in the team but never managed to win over Big Sam.
The former Ajax man made just seven Premier League appearances over the 2017-18 campaign.
