Galatasaray suffered a shock 3-0 defeat against Turkish Cup and Super Cup champions Akhisar on Sunday.
The Akigolar have now beat the Lions in the Super Cup final and the Super Lig.
The Istanbul giants ended up losing their second successive away game in the league after losing 4-0 on the road to Trabzonspor.
Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru started for the Lions but did was not at his best with just a 63 percent accuracy and four unsuccessful touches.
Manu scored on 51 minutes and Guray Vural followed up with a penalty on 80 minutes.
Mustafa Yumlu wrapped up the win after scoring his sides third and final goal just four minutes later to wrap up a memorable victory.
The win was Akhisar’s first of the season and took them out of the relegation zone into 15th place.
Galatasaray could drop into 3rd place if Besiktas beat Fenerbahce in the Istanbul derby tonight.
