The Black Eagles made a decision to wait until after the World Cup before responding to offers.
After a stellar display in the opening two games which have seen Croatia beat Nigeria 2-0 and crush Argentina 3-0 Vida is expected to see his valuation rise.
The Besiktas ace started both games as the centre-back partner of Dejan Lovren.
The powerful defender has 61 international caps for Croatia under his belt.
Vida does have another four-years remaining on his current deal but Besiktas are prepared to sell the 29-year-old for the right price.
Croatia have already booked a place in the World Cup Last 16.
