Everton midfielder Davy Klaassen has reportedly given the green light to Besiktas according to reports in Turkey.
The Fanatik newspaper claim that the Black Eagles are keen on using Klaassen as part of a bargaining chip for Oguzhan Ozyakup.
Per the source, the Toffees are keen on the Turkey international.
Besiktas are open to Ozyakup leaving if Everton agree to a part-exchange with Klaassen.
The Toffees meanwhile would prefer the Netherlands midfielder leaving on a loan deal.

The problem with the Ozyakup proposal is of course that the player will be a free agent at the end of the month.
Besiktas are waiting for his contract to expire before signing him again.
The reason behind this high-risk move is that the Super Lig outfit want to escape Arsenal’s 30 percent future sale clause.
Ozyakup left the North London outfit for Besiktas five-years ago but the Gunners included the sell on option in his contract.
Everton could technically sign the midfielder on a free transfer, there is nothing legally preventing them doing so.
Besiktas however, believe they have a gentleman’s agreement with the player.
Klaassen is reportedly happy at Everton but would consider leaving if he is not given assurances of regular first-team football.
