Besiktas midfielder Oguzhan Ozyakup face an uncertain future at the reigning Super Lig champions.
Ozyakup has just a few months remaining on his current deal but has yet to sign an extension.
The Turkey international will be a free agent at the end of the season unless he signs a new deal.
Besiktas are intent on not letting their star man leave on a free at the end of the season.
CNN Turk report that the Istanbul giants have offered €2.5 million per-season in addition to a €2.5 million sign-on fee.
Ozyakup has yet to make a decision on his future but has flirted with the idea of returning to the Premier League.
Turkish-Football reported that Everton and Newcastle United have both been scouting the 25-year-old with a view to sign him on a free transfer.
