Besiktas defender Domagoj Vida has been closely linked with a move to the Premier League.
Turkish-Football reported Everton interest in the 29-year-old centre-back last week.
Since then a lot has changed.
Fanatik then went onto report that the Toffees made a €13.2 million offer for the centre-back.
Fotomac are now reporting that Besiktas have increased their valuation to €18 million.

Per the source, West Ham and Fulham are also in the race for the powerful defender.
The Istanbul based outfit increased their asking price for Vida after an impressive run of form in the World Cup.
The report claims that Besiktas will reject all offers that do not match their new price tag.
Vida started in the victories over Argentina and Nigeria, helping his side keep a clean sheet in both games.
The Black Eagles signed Vida on a free transfer from Dynamo Kiev in January but are prepared to sell the centre-back for the right price.
Vida has another four-years remaining on his Besiktas contract but has not ruled out a summer exit.
“All I am focused on right now is the World Cup, I will make a decision regarding my future one the tournament is over. After Russia I will take a look at the offers,” Vida was quoted as saying by Turkish-Football.
