Everton Outcast Cenk Tosun Provides Assist Against Watford Despite Playing Just 10 Minutes

Everton beat Watford 2-0 at Goodison Park in the Carabao Cup on Tuesday evening.

The game was scoreless until the 72nd minute when Holgate put the home side ahead.

Cenk Tosun has struggled for playing time this season making just two appearances heading into the Watford clash.

Head coach Marco Silva had given Tosun just 51 minutes of first-team football before the Carabao Cup game but decided to bring him on for Calvert-Lewin in the 80th minute.

Tosun managed to provide an assist before full-time setting up Richarlison with his sides second goal to take the Toffees through to the next round.
