Everton plot summer move for £34m AS Roma star forward Cengiz Under

Everton have maintained their interest in AS Roma star forward and Turkey international Cengiz Under.

Earlier this month Bleacher Report revealed that Everton had made contact with Under’s representatives to see if he is available this month.

However, Roma are unwilling to allow their star man to leave mid-way though the season.

A source close to Under has revealed to Turkish-Football that Everton remain interested in the 22-year-old with a view to submit an offer in the summer.

Per the source, Under does favour a move to the Premier League however, isn’t keen on leaving the club in the middle of the season shortly after receiving from an injury will

Under is valued at £34 million by Roma and has over three years remaining on his contract.

The former Basaksehir star has been hampered by a thigh injury this season and has made just seven appearances.

Under scored a stunning goal during Roma’s 3-1 win over Genoa last weekend.
